Returns must be received within 30 days from the date they were shipped.

After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Returns must include an invoice, reciept, or other information regarding the return.

Returned items must have been purchased through voiceamp.com. If you purchased our items through one of our dealers, please contact the location that you purchased from, and handle the return through them.
